Highlands division one pennant bowls failed to throw up any shock results on Saturday.
The top five teams were all successful. Ladder-leader Kyneton rebounded after a surprise loss to Gisborne, overpowering Diggers Rest by 33 shots.
The battle for the double chance continues, with Kyneton Golf, Romsey, Kilmore and Gisborne all in the hunt to finish in second place.
Golf is in second place on 119 points, just nine ahead of fifth-placed Gisborne.
Kilmore gained maximum points to virtually end close rival Broadford’s finals prospects.
