A pedestrian has been taken to hospital after he was hit by a car in the Woolworths car park at Kyneton about 2.45pm this afternoon.
The Hepburn Shire man, aged in his 60s, was treated at the scene by paramedics and taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital with a suspected broken ankle and other injuries.
It is believed the victim may have been bending down to pick something up when the vehicle collided with him.
Police confirmed no one was at fault in the incident.
