Gisborne netballers won two premierships on Saturday as the Bendigo League’s 2025 season wound down with an exciting day at the Queen Elizabeth Oval.

After a dominant season, Gisborne B-graders defeated Kangaroo Flat 55-44.

Hannah Weier won the medal for best on court, repeating her 2024 performance.

The Bulldogs fielded the following side:

Emily McDonald, Georgia Murray, Charlotte McMurray, Hannah Weier, Charlotte Crook, Emma Joyce, Nirvana Martin, Bella Connors, Monty Paton, Taylor Ranieri, Bella Connors, Olivia Fenn.

Gisborne supporters found voice as their B-Reserve girls defeated Sandhurst 45-32.

The unstoppable Shelley Farrugia was best on court.
