Several riders from Kyneton Pony Club attended the Maldon Horse Trials and Combined Training Day on Sunday.
In the Open Grade 5 Horse Trials, Marigold Bickford placed second on her horse Fine Snips after a clear showjumping and cross country round.
In the Pony Club Grade 4 Horse Trials, Savannah Jenner placed second on her horse Sabaahn and took out first place in the Grade 4 Combined Training.
In the Grade 3 Open Combined Training, Rose Coleman and her horse Heartwind finished in third place, with a dressage score of 79.6.
Meanwhile, at the Geelong Grammar Dressage Day at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre, Issy Fraser competed on Outback Joe and finished sixth overall in the Dressage Preliminary Senior, representing Sacred Heart College.
The girls all had a fantastic weekend and will be attending the Kyneton Pony Club working bee this Saturday afternoon.
Everyone is welcome to come along and help to build the new cross country course, especially if you are able to bring a tractor or other machinery.
