To the woman injured at the Lancefield Farmers Market due to being struck by a vehicle, could I suggest she seek the services of a personal injury lawyer who would make enquiries with the Macedon Ranges Shire Council and the Lancefield Neighbourhood House as to the existence of an Activity on Road permit?
The MRSC itself requires (as per their website) a permit to be issued to provide safety on public roads during such an event as the Lancefield Farmers Market.
