The Lancefield and District Farmers Market is happening Saturday April 26 over the Anzac Day long weekend.
The market offers locals and visitors to the region the opportunity to select from a diverse range of local and regionally produced goods, from fresh produce to meats, seafoods, cheeses, baked items and more.
You’ll find a whopping 85 sites along the Centre Plantation of High Street, which are well stocked with a range of traditional market fare and refreshments.
There is also free face painting for children and live music to enjoy at both ends of the market.
Lancefield is home to the Lancefield Hotel, Opportunity Knocks Op Shop, Lancefield Bakery, Lost Watering Hole and Red Door Books – all places of distinction in the town for visitors to explore.
