Following the exciting announcement that Kyneton Basketball Association is entering the 2022/23 Victorian Junior Basketball League, the focus now shifts towards upcoming tryouts scheduled from July 20-31.
“With so much positive response from the community coming from our initial announcement and subsequent community information sessions, we are now moving towards this exciting next phase of building our teams that will represent the Kyneton Tigers in the VJBL competition, summer tournament program, as well as the 2023 Country Champ tournament,” association president Luke Dietz said.
“Our aim is to offer this opportunity to all interested and committed athletes and supporting parents throughout the Macedon Ranges region and beyond.”
Age groups will cover under 12s right through to under 20s for both girls and boys teams.
All tryout sessions will be held at the Kyneton Sports and Aquatic Centre, located at 4 Victoria Street, Kyneton.
