
Castlemaine District Cricket Association senior sides contested one day matches in round six action last Saturday. B Grade played a one day match in round five and C Grade (Under 16) wrapped up day two of round three. The Women’s sides also battled out round three matches on Friday evening.
The highlights of the round were Heathcote B Grade batsman Rylie Merkel’s 84 with the bat against winning side Campbells Creek Colts.
Hepburn B Grade bowler Isaac Pedretti had a great day with the ball claiming 6-22 against Harcourt and Taradale B Grade bowler Andrew Vance took 5-35 against Newstead.
