Gisborne District Cricket Association has again selected Macedon Cricket Ground at Tony Clarke Reserve as the venue for the forthcoming McIntyre Cup Firsts Grand Final.
The match to decide this season’s premiers takes place on Saturday March 29 and Sunday March 30.
Tony Clarke Oval was also used for the 2023-24 season McIntyre grand final, when Gisborne defeated Romsey.
Macedon Cricket Club is looking forward to again hosting the grand final in the top grade.
This evening (Wednesday) the GDCA and Castlemaine DCA women’s teams will play one another in a regional match at Maddingly Park, Bacchus Marsh.
The game begins at 6pm, and both associations hope their respective sides are well supported.
