The Castlemaine Farmers Market is putting on a special birthday party this Sunday November 3 and all are invited to attend!
Established in November 2003, the market has ‘come of age’ and from a humble beginning of 25 stalls is now host to more than 70 stalls at the monthly market held the first Sunday throughout the year. It also conducts the smaller weekly market – held every Wednesday to feed locals throughout the year.
The market on Sunday will feature live music, entertainment, givevaways, performances and a poster competition from local primary schools to explain creatively what they like about locally produced food.
Head down to the Western Reserve in Forest Street from 9am to 1pm.
