Mosley to feature on Castlemaine radio program

Dr Michael Mosley will feature on Go Well this Thursday.

After only 12 weeks on air, the new Go Well radio program hosted by Cate Mercer on Castlemaine’s 94.9 MAINfm has secured its first internationally acclaimed guest with two exclusive interviews with Dr Michael Mosley set to be broadcast on November 19 and 26.
The interviews will focus on the topics of fasting and sleep; inspired by Dr Mosley’s bestselling books The Fast 800 and The Fast 800 Recipe Book co-created with his wife Dr Clare Bailey, and Fast Asleep.
An acclaimed #1 New York Times bestselling author, his other books also include The Fast Diet, The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet, The Clever Guts Diet and Covid-19, which was published earlier this year.
Dr Mosley originally trained to be a doctor at the Royal Free Hospital in London before joining the BBC, where he spent three decades as a science journalist and executive producer. A well-known television personality, Dr Mosley has won numerous television awards, including an RTS (Royal Television Award), and was named Medical Journalist of the Year by the British Medical Association.
Go Well radio officially launched at the beginning of August and has already seen an impressive lineup of guests from across the health and wellness space including: Dr Helena Popovic, author and leading authority on improving brain function; Matthew Johnstone, illustrator, author and advocate for mental wellness (ex Black Dog Institute creative director); Dr Gillian Ross, one of Australia’s most-loved producers of meditation CDs (distributed through the ABC) and Dr Simon Wilksch, lead researcher from Flinders University looking at the influence of social media on eating disorders.
Cate, who is also the founder and editor of The Art of Healing magazine, has been actively involved in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years and met hundreds of inspirational practitioners, scientists and researchers. This is her first opportunity to speak with Dr Mosley one-on-one! Be sure to tune in at 9am this Thursday on MAINfm.
